Legacy Package: $49 USD for 18 HD portrait downloads (Best Value)

Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms:

All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the HD images for personal use
Payments are processed immediately upon purchase
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 5)
Download credits do not expire

5. Refund Policy

Generally, refunds are available only in cases of technical failures that prevent you from downloading your purchased content. Once an HD image has been successfully generated and downloaded, the purchase is considered final.

AI-Generated Images: My Pet Memorial Art grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, download, share, and print AI-generated memorial portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your generated portraits on social media platforms.

Service Content: All content on My Pet Memorial Art, including but not limited to templates, designs, logos, and website content, is the property of My Pet Memorial Art and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY PET MEMORIAL ART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

The accuracy, quality, or artistic merit of AI-generated images
Any legal consequences arising from your use of generated images
Technical interruptions, errors, or service unavailability
Loss of data, images, or other content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice.
