These are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Once you download an HD image, you have received the full value of your purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available only under the following specific circumstances:

2.1 Technical Failures

We will issue a full refund if:

• The AI generation process fails due to a technical error on our end
• You are unable to download your purchased HD image due to a system error
• The generated image is corrupted or unusable due to a technical issue

Time Limit: Refund requests for technical failures must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund all duplicate charges.

2.3 Unauthorized Transactions

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
• Unused Credits: Refunds are not available for unused download credits in any package
• Social Media Sharing: Issues with sharing on social media platforms are not eligible for refunds
